A name, location, or other term entered in a search box passes to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Jackson Parish Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
An email or contact submission is kept as needed to answer the sender and maintain the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.
